The 560-unit garden style community is located at 3100 Aspen Grove Dr. and provides renters with relative affordability compared to homeownership in this sought-after suburb of Nashville. The low density of the 60-acre community represents a unique offering in the Nashville MSA. The high barrier to entry, tapering supply pipeline and strong employment fundamentals present a strategic opportunity to execute a value add program across residences and common areas.
